Mission:

The Senior Designer will be in charge of the accessories categories. He/she will be responsible for the design and development of the collection, according to the brand, achieving a solid collection completed with concepts and qualities.

Functions:

- Will be in charge of the design and development of the collection, achieving a solid collection completed with concepts and qualities.
- Search for fashion trends to be up to date and ensure an innovative collection according to the commercial characteristics of the brand.
- Inspiration in shopping trips in the main cities of reference for the brand, searching for relevant information for the new collections.
- Gather and research information for moodboards, colors and materials for each section of the collection.
- Sketching the models and preparing the technical sheets for the development of the samples.
- Search, development and selection of fabrics to work with, in order to simplify the development times and guarantee a good finish of the samples.
- Follow-up of the sample development process and possible improvements.
- Product development trips to production countries, to ensure that deadlines and qualities are met.
- Interacting with other brand departments such as buyers and product managers to have a clear vision of what the collection needs.


Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Designer for a recognized fashion brand.
- High quality orientation.
- Sensibility for the luxury product and identification with the brand style.
- Product oriented.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
